this one i found on a traffic light near my flat. i dont know what it means. the text "st. pauli" gives no hint. any suggestions?

cologne is plastered with graffiti. most of them are quite usual but from time to time i find interesting ones. this one i found today. it seems that the artist made a big stencil for this, its about 1,6 meters of height! it reminds me of paintings by edgar degas.
